## Frequently asked questions

### How much can I earn?
You can earn between £17 - £20 per hour, paid weekly. Your earnings change based on your location, shift length, and the size of your van.

### What will I be delivering?
You will deliver bags of parcels for major retailers like ASOS, TikTok and Temu. You will not deliver alcohol or tobacco products.

### What are the shifts like?
Shifts start at 5:30 - 6:00am and usually finish by 1:00pm. This means you miss the traffic and have the rest of the day free for other commitments.

### How many stops will I have?
Most routes have 8 - 12 stops, far fewer than with other delivery companies. You will be delivering to stores, not homes.

### What kind of van do I need?
You need access to a large van, such as a Long Wheelbase (LWB) or Luton van. We do not supply or lease vans to our drivers.

### What insurance do I need?
To deliver with Relay, you will need ‘Hire and Reward’ insurance as well as the minimum legal motor insurance as required by law. Hire and Reward insurance is a legal requirement when using your vehicles for business purposes, such as deliveries with Relay.

If you don't have your own H&R insurance, we can support you with our AVIVA top up insurance. You must still need to have a valid motor insurance policy in place.

### How do I apply?
Click ‘Apply Now’ to complete our short application process. We’ll ask you to tell us about yourself, upload your documents for review and complete our delivery training, then you’ll be on the road with Relay!

### What happens after I apply?
If you meet our requirements, you will be invited to go through the training and book your first shift.
